Pam and Charlotte are an integral part of the day-to-day operations of UUMC. When you call or stop into the church office they are the first people you will talk to. They keep the church calendar up to date, schedule rooms for both members and outside groups using the church building, and also set appointments for Pastor Bill and Pastor Weatherly. The bulletin you receive on Sunday morning and the monthly Messenger is put together by them. Stop in Monday through Friday during office hours if you need any assistance. Donna Cox– Bookkeeper
Donna is our church bookkeeper. Every week she pays the bills, and on an as-needed basis pays the conference apportionments, ministry jubilee, and special offerings. She prepares the annual conference financial reports and prepares those records for the annual audit. She is the person to talk to regarding bookkeeping, bills paid, accounts, paypal, etc. You can contact Donna on Tuesdays from 8:00-4:00 or Wednesday mornings from 8:00-11:00 at 586-731-7667 or email donna@uticaumc.org
