If you want to learn more about God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit of God and the Bible, Utica United Methodist Church is a terrific place to attend. Caring, knowledgeable volunteer teachers minister to everyone from newborns (in our Arky Ark Nursery) to full-grown adults (in our Adult Sunday School Classes and Bible studies) and all ages in between.
Since Christian Education doesn't always take place in a classroom, members of Utica United Methodist Church learn about the Lord in a variety of settings-from a puppet show about peer pressure to building projects for the underprivileged (a Youth service project). You'll find many educational opportunities here at UUMC. One of them is bound to be right for you and your family.

| John 7:14-36 |
But when it was now the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught. The Jews therefore marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned? Jesus therefore answered them and said, My teaching is not mine, but his that sent me. If any man willeth to do his will, he shall know of the teaching, whether it is of God, or [whether] I speak from myself. He that speaketh from himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh the glory of him that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him. |
| Colossians 3:15-17 |
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to the which also ye were called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms [and] hymns [and] spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts unto God. And whatsoever ye do, in word or in deed, [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. |
| 1 Timothy 4:16 |
Take heed to thyself, and to thy teaching. Continue in these things; for in doing this thou shalt save both thyself and them that hear thee. |
